Esta negatividad no deja pensar con claridad, repercute en el funcionamiento del cuerpo, contracturas, molestias digestivas, insomnio etc. \u201cpara sentirse m\u00e1s positivo hay que entrenar la mente: hay que replicar las cosas positivas que hacemos durante el d\u00eda\u201d; adem\u00e1s indic\u00f3 que \u201csi uno se aferra demasiado al pasado, a lo que pod\u00edamos hacer, genera angustia en la mente; si uno se aferra al futuro, genera ansiedad. Lo que yo recomiendo es aferrarse al presente\u201d. \u00a0\u00a0Por ultimo recomend\u00f3 ser m\u00e1s selectivo con la informaci\u00f3n, es decir, no estar todo el d\u00eda pendientes con la informaci\u00f3n del coronavirus.
