El tallo esta tambi\u00e9n verde aunque cuando lo aprieto no chorrea agua, y el grano de la espiga esta pastoso\/duro (1\/2 a \u00be l\u00ednea de leche), desde lo pr\u00e1ctico, es cuando lo marco con el dedo y no se revienta.
