Personal policial Pedro Luro, procedi\u00f3 a la detenci\u00f3n de un hombre de 48 a\u00f1os en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, en calle 14 (barrio Bonacina).<\/div>\n

De acuerdo al parte oficial, el sujeto se encontraba en aparente estado de ebriedad alterando la paz social. Adem\u00e1s, resultaba ser el conductor de una camioneta que instantes antes hab\u00eda despistado e impactado contra un poste.<\/div>\n

Por este hecho la Delegaci\u00f3n Municipal intimar\u00e1 al infractor para que reponga la columna de luz da\u00f1ada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En el lugar intervino personal de Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, que labr\u00f3 el acta de infracci\u00f3n y secuestro N\u00b0 067303. El conductor fue infraccionado por transgredir la Ley 24.449 Art. 73 por negarse a realizar el test de alcoholemia, falta de licencia de conducir, falta de tarjeta verde y falta de seguro obligatorio.<\/div>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se aplic\u00f3 la Ley 13.927 Art. 37, por lo que el veh\u00edculo fue retenido en el corral\u00f3n municipal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El conductor no present\u00f3 lesiones. Tomaron intervenci\u00f3n el Juzgado de Paz Letrado de Villarino y el Juzgado de Faltas de Villarino.<\/div>\n
