Bri\u00f3n fue funcionario en el ejecutivo de la Intendencia de Carlos Bevilacqua, pero a principios de enero del 2017 dejo Acci\u00f3n Por Villarino y volvi\u00f3 al Concejo Deliberante conformando una banca unipersonal. La comunidad de Mayor Buratovich lo recordara como una excelente persona apasionado por la pol\u00edtica y gran dirigente de varias instituciones.
